About me

Latrina Wilcher has Southern roots but is all-the-way Los Angeles born and raised. A graduate of Locke High School and a part-time student at Homestead to become a CNA. She has been active in an array of philanthropic and mission-driven projects for nearly ten years. From her service with Sanctuary of Hope, where she helped secure significant resources for housing, counseling and job programs for youth emancipated from foster care, to her support of Big Sunday, the Braille Institute and Rock Camp for Girls, Latrina stays active in making our world a bit more yummy and sunny.
Latrina is a culinary enthusiast, having held various positions in the food industry for several Southern California establishments.
Latrina is state certified in food preparation and handling and she is also specialize in Vegan and Gluten-Free desserts.
When she is not handling the pastries you can find Latrina handling one of her many books that inspire her imagination and thirst for adventure ... thus, between the cupcakes there is always room for Harry Potter on the shelf.
What Latrina loves more than pleasing the palate is treating people - both nice and right. Sweet Tri Pastries is a reflection of her heart, putting her talents in the kitchen toward the larger purpose ... warming the hearts of others most in need of the treatment ... and the treats!
